 Adult life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you anxious, stuck, disconnected or under pressure to cope alone. I offer a warm and empathic space where we can gently explore what is happening for you at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.

 Children and young people often experience challenges that can feel difficult to navigate, and their feelings may not always be easy to put into words. I offer a respectful, supportive and empowering space where they can explore their experiences in their own way, using an approach informed by attachment theory and up-to-date child development findings.
